The one that narrows twice.
1 Point Park Crescent - Yarra Point, Tower 8 - holds 201 apartments and has been selling since March 2009, with 313 sales on record. It is the only building in the precinct whose plate narrows twice: seven apartments to a floor from level 3 to 12, six from 13 to 26, then four across the top five levels. The largest of those top-floor homes run 214 square metres.
The median sale here sits near $960,000 across the full record, at about $8,803 per square metre, placing it above the older Lorimer towers and below the two newest buildings. The north-west end has been the strongest line since 2016, roughly 29 per cent ahead of the inner south-west on rate per square metre.
How Yarra Point
has moved.
Median values by year of sale. Thin years carry fewer transactions, so read the direction of travel rather than any single point.
By bedroom
count.
A building median flattens the difference between a one bedroom and a three bedroom. These are the medians that actually apply to your apartment.
Where you sit
changes what you own.
The floor plate changes as the tower rises. Choose a level band, then select an apartment to see what that position has actually done.
Drag to rotate, scroll or pinch to zoom, select an apartment for its figures. The plate is traced from the registered plan of subdivision, so each apartment is drawn at its true relative size; outlines are simplified and it is not a survey drawing. Sizes shown are internal area only and represent the typical apartment in that position - individual layouts within the same position can differ, and balconies, terraces and car spaces are not included.
